While most people look for answers, my favourite way into anything is a question. What if? Why not?
Why do we accept complexity that no longer serves us? Why do so many systems ask us to adapt to them, instead of adapting to us? What would happen if we questioned the assumptions we've stopped noticing?
I ask whether something deserves to exist in its current form before I try to improve it.
Better work isn't about optimising or doing more. It's room for clarity, good judgement, and a life that feels like your own.
I design for the people using a system, not the process that produced it.
Every project starts there. Sometimes the answer is software. Sometimes it's a new way of working. Sometimes it's a painting that says what words can't.
Different mediums. Same philosophy.
